Goats Milk Cold Process Soap

This collection (set of 4) has been created by combining our moisturising butters and oils with local Goat milk.

Free From artificial colours, fragrances or Palm oil.

This soap is suited for people with skin sensitivity due to its moisturising properties.

JUST MILK This bar is an unscented creamy delight.
Ingredients: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Water, Lye*, Goats Milk, Shea butter, Castor oil.

Patchouli & Peru Balsam
Based on our "Earthy" bar with the addition of Milk.
Ingredients: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Water, lye*, Goats Milk, Shea butter, Castor oil, Purple Brazilian Purple Clay, Essential oils; Patchouli, Peru Balsam, Geranium.

Lemon Myrtle
Ingredients: Olive oil, Coconut oil, Water, lye*, Goats Milk, Shea butter, Castor oil, Lemon Myrtle Essential oil, Yellow Clay.

Because of the handcrafted nature of this product and small batch production, each soap is unique and may vary in shape and colour.

*Please note that although lye is one of the ingredients used to create soap, there is no lye left in our finished product. We “super fat” our soaps so they are mild and skin nourishing. Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend reviewing ingredients and testing our products on a small patch of skin. If redness or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use, only.

Life On Shackleton started with a passion for simplicity and the environment. My mission is to create eye pleasing products using elements of nature; free from synthetic foaming agents, fragrance oils and laboratory manufactured colourants.
Our ingredients are ethically sourced and products are created in small batches. Our colours come from herbal infusions, dried botanicals and clays which many are locally sourced.

We love adding local sourced produce to our small batch cold process soap as it gives our little business a unique spin on “natural” colourings and creates our niche.

We are also a palm oil / SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) free microbusiness due to the environmental impact these products have.

SLS has the potential for bioaccumulation polluting our valuable ground water and Palm oil being linked to issues such as deforestation and habitat degradation.
